In the basement, below the floor may lie a nightmare like you have never seen before. Yes, under your basement floor is the main sewer line where all you sinks, showers, washers and toilets meet and then exit your structure. At anytime and for any reason, this line can go bad and backup into your basement or anywhere else. This can result from overuse, abuse and the most common reason, the age of the line.
